Salesforce Business Analyst SSR LATAM

This role involves solving business problems using both declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools. If you’re early in your Salesforce career, and have hands-on exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow development, this is your chance to deepen your expertise in a modern, fast-paced tech environment. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams — analyzing business needs, writing user stories, and contributing to Salesforce-based solutions that drive efficiency and impact across Sales and Support operations. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and define detailed requirements, translating business processes into technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. Also, assisting in designing scalable and maintainable features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, collaborating with developers to build and refine custom components and automation, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and contributing to internal documentation and process improvement efforts.
