Manager, Data Solutions US Security & IT

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-wide data initiatives and shape the organization’s data strategy. The Manager, Data Solutions will design and optimize scalable data warehouse and data lake architectures, integrating AI/ML capabilities and cloud-native technologies to support analytics and business intelligence. You will manage a dedicated Data Solutions team, providing mentorship, performance guidance, and professional development. You will act as a key advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable, secure, and scalable data solutions. Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehouses and data lakes to enable real-time analytics and business intelligence. Implement and enforce data governance, quality, and security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CMMC). Oversee the deployment and optimization of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and self-service analytics.
