About the Role:
- You will help lead a frontline monitoring and triage unit for identifying potential adversary activity in customer OT environments.
- You will work with experienced industrial defenders and mentor junior analysts to investigate network behaviors and support threat hunters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations and step in as shift leader for your region when needed.
- Apply deep analysis to escalate findings to incident responders with clear documentation.
- Partner across teams to tune detection logic and shape new platform detections.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in network security with hands-on threat investigation.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, and packet analysis.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and flexible for shift-based coverage.
Compensation:
- Salary: AUD 130,000 with competitive equity package.
