Responsibilities:
- Perform in-store maintenance of physical display devices to keep the retail media network running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve display issues by checking power sources, connections, and resetting or replacing hardware as needed.
- Collaborate remotely with the Operations team via phone to diagnose problems and implement quick fixes.
Logistics:
- Work on a flexible, part-time schedule averaging 15-20 hours per week, with on-call availability as required.
- Travel to numerous worksites within a 50-mile radius, using a personal, insured vehicle with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Handle rare overnight trips only after completing onboarding and training, and if personally comfortable.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within a designated region with a reliable vehicle.
- Be comfortable communicating via text or phone, and have access to a mobile hotspot for connectivity.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency with laptops or tablets and be comfortable using tools like electric drills and screwdrivers.
