Product Designer

We are looking for a product designer to work across the whole design process and shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. You’ll be working closely with the CTO, product and engineering to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events. You will drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term vision. Enhance the design system for Rillet. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product. Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
