About the role:
- Seed-stage AI startup building data for AI design model training.
- Contract, fully remote with async flexibility.
- Work on one of three tracks: Design, Product Design, or Engineering.
What you'll do:
- Prompt AI models to generate and refine design work across turns.
- Evolve token-based design systems and component libraries.
- Evaluate AI outputs for coherence and adherence, then rank and write rationale.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years building token-based design systems end-to-end.
- Experience with React or Figma variables, and an eye for spec adherence.
- Ability to write structured creative direction grounded in design principles.
Compensation & benefits:
- $60–$100/hour USD, contract engagement.
- Fully remote, async-friendly, visa sponsorship not available.
