About the Role:
- We are hiring a UX/UI Designer to plug into live build teams and move quickly.
- This role sits right next to engineers, owns the UX/UI surface end to end, and raises the bar on how our work looks and feels.
- The engagement begins as a flexible structure with room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and ship UI/UX for AI products from core app flows to new features.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with engineers in fast build cycles to turn rough requirements into usable product quickly.
- Own the full surface: information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong design portfolio with real shipped software.
- Fluency in Figma and modern UI craft, able to go from wireframe to polished UI fast.
- Comfort designing for AI products and ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs to ship.
Logistics:
- Fully remote, flexible contract engagement (part-time to full-time).
- Compensation TBD depending on scope and experience.
