Job Description
As a Seasonal Designer, you will provide outstanding service to our customers through design insight and creative talent to fulfill orders, and support Customer Service and our cross-functional partners with your design expertise. You will incorporate customer requests, text, and photos into designs, and create polished and professional print-ready proofs with typographic legibility and consistency. You will also proofread customer entered text and ensure photo quality, recolor and edit images based on customer requests, and review the work of fellow designers. You will collaborate with customers through written communication to modify and finalize designs, assist with design-related questions from internal teams, and resolve escalated customer orders with design-related issues. Work directly with customers via email or screen-share as needed to meet quality, productivity, and response-time expectations.
