Position Overview:
- You will produce original reporting for our New Hampshire newsroom, The Granite Post.
- You will deliver two original, fact-based political story packages per week on New Hampshire politics and policy.
Deliverables:
- You will deliver 2 story packages per week, including one source-driven article and one presenter-led video.
- You will refine angles and ensure all reporting meets COURIER’s journalistic standards.
- You will conduct rigorous research, interviews, and fact-checking.
Ideal Profile:
- You are an experienced reporter with a strong background in political journalism.
- You are comfortable on-camera and with creating social content.
- You are values-driven and eager to strengthen democracy through reporting.
Qualifications:
- You live in New Hampshire.
- You have 3+ years of reporting experience in journalism, with a focus on politics.
- You have deep familiarity with New Hampshire politics and on-camera experience.
