UX/UI Designer

As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping marketing and CRM experiences, working across three scrum teams and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions. Lead design initiatives that directly influence product strategy and user satisfaction. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life. Participate in and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Champion the user experience by aligning solutions with both user needs and business goals. Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders. Stay current with UI/UX trends and bring fresh perspectives to the product evolution. Contribute to and maintain a robust and scalable design system.
