As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping marketing and CRM experiences, working across three scrum teams and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions. Lead design initiatives that directly influence product strategy and user satisfaction, and champion the user experience by aligning solutions with both user needs and business goals.

Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launch. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals. Define and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomes. Optimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiency. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success

We're looking for a QA Manual Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality. You’ll design well-structured test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. You will execute various testing types, report and track bugs, and manage and document test cases. You will also use basic SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues. Collaborate with Agile teams.
