Job Description

Support customers in the optimal use of LGI Health Solutions' software packages, delivering quality customer support on time and within prescribed deadlines. You will process and resolve queries quickly to achieve the level of service negotiated with customers. Customer service includes providing first-level support by creating and handling requests, documenting them, resolving them, and following up until they are closed. Reproduce customer issues, prioritize requests based on severity, and maintain documentation. Self-training is required to continuously learn financial and material management solutions. Bring 1+ year of experience in deploying/supporting financial resource management systems or accounting/logistics in healthcare. Strong customer service skills and Office Suite proficiency are needed. Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare environment and LGI Health Solutions Material management solution are strong assets.
