Senior Software Engineer

What you will do:

• Build, maintain, and scale full-stack features across Ruby on Rails, React, and Flutter, taking ownership from design through deployment.
• Translate complex user needs into reliable product solutions and make independent architectural decisions.
• Take responsibility for production systems, investigating incidents, and improving system performance and resilience.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails and relational databases.
• Strong product-first mindset with excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where reliability and security are critical, such as healthcare or fintech.
