Hardware Engineer

Flock is looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join the Hardware Engineering design team, responsible for all physical design, testing, and hardware product delivery to manufacturing. This role involves contributing to the electrical design of the Flock Safety product suite and associated peripheral components, collaborating with internal and external engineering teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical electronics. Key responsibilities include PCB circuit design, familiarity with mobile electronic product architectures, design of efficient mobile power delivery networks, knowledge of standard peripheral interfaces, understanding of SerDes, and familiarity with IoT & wireless interfaces and consumer electronics certification standards. Experience with SI/PI verification and hands-on experience with PCB/Electronic system bring-up and debugging are crucial. This position requires travel for 1-3 weeks quarterly.
