Job Description
You will work closely with the Program team on the program operations, Community experience, Learner support and Communications to deliver an exceptional learner experience. This role includes leading engagement efforts across community platforms and email channels, designing interactive events, analysing learner behaviour, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. This role goes beyond support; it’s about designing meaningful learner experiences, using data to inform engagement strategies, and shaping how learners connect, grow, and succeed. Responsibilities include program communications & engagement, event design & management, community engagement & moderation, learner support & enablement, learner retention, program monitoring & evaluation and cross-functional collaboration and program operations support.
