Financial Modelling Associate

Crestline Investors is seeking a meticulous and strategic Financial Modelling Associate to join their team. This role plays a critical part in evaluating potential credit and equity investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting. The candidate will conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, assessing credit risk, reviewing financial statements, and cash flow projections. They will build and maintain sophisticated 3-statement models to support investment decisions, budgeting, and scenario analysis. They will evaluate cash flows, debt service coverage, and capital structure implications. The role includes conducting due diligence on potential investments, including reviews of data rooms and drafting investment memoranda. Monitoring the performance of existing investments, analyzing financial statements, and preparing quarterly update reports are also key responsibilities.
