Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Braze Expert)

The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our B2B2C digital marketing vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in user engagement and lifecycle marketing. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our enrollment and engagement campaigns through Braze, ensuring they are data-driven, visually compelling, and customer-focused. In this role, you will work with our product and customer success teams to maximize enrollment in Color’s program , and maximize the level of engagement of enrolled participants regularly in the program. You will deeply understand our user behaviors, segment them based on what nudge strategies effectively get them to take action on their health, and ideate and execute on campaigns that reflect these understandings and help grow our end-to-end communication strategy with end-users.
