Overview:
- Own the end-to-end scoping and quoting process.
- Act as a strategic liaison to the Project Management team.
- Leverage language technology and develop pilot processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times.
- Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals to meet and exceed target acceptance rates.
- Monitor account health and service usage, providing actionable feedback to the internal teams.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable when speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.
- Total command of Microsoft Office.
