Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents in Salesforce FSC to automate advisor workflows, client service activities, and operational processes.
- Develop and optimize agent topics, actions, and instructions using advanced prompt engineering for financial services scenarios.
- Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs, external data feeds, and financial planning platforms to extend agent functionality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow).
- Direct, hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI technologies within Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce FSC data model and advisor/client relationship management.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
