Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure team powers the core systems behind the WorkOS platform. They build and maintain the foundation that keeps everything running smoothly—handling millions of requests, operating at scale, and ensuring systems are fast, reliable, and always on for customers. The team works across the stack and partners closely with teams throughout the company. Looking for engineers who are excited to work on foundational systems and enjoy collaborating across the stack. The role involves designing and maintaining distributed systems, writing and optimizing backend services in TypeScript, evolving the use of AWS and Infrastructure as Code, and partnering with product engineering teams. Responsibilities also include building internal tools, participating in on-call rotations, and contributing to technical design reviews.
