Senior Manager, Martech Developer, Digital Banking

The Senior Manager, Martech Developer, Digital Banking is responsible for managing the Digital Bank’s Martech Stack. This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer journeys, configuring and developing email and push communications, creating A/B testing experiments, and constructing and connecting data sources across the Martech ecosystem. This role leverages technical expertise to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer experiences utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP), and OneTrust Consent Management Platform. Design, implement, optimize, and maintain customer user journeys across SFMC and Segment. Support segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns and customer interactions.
