Job Description
Serve as clinical liaisons to patients and providers regarding Natera’s test offerings. Provide pre- and/or post- test telephone genetic information sessions to patients who are considering or have had testing through Natera. Develop and maintain expertise in renal genetics knowledge relating to Natera’s Organ Health products. Obtain and maintain GC licensure in all states offering licensure. Answer health care provider inquiries regarding Natera’s Organ Health products. Review, finalize, and call out test results for Natera’s Organ Health products. Support Natera’s sales team by answering field questions. Assist in development of patient consents, GC protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials. This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI in order to perform the job
