Job Description
The Accounts Payable Associate (Temporary Assignment) is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled. This position processes and inputs invoice records into the company computer system promptly and accurately, responds to inquiries regarding payments and invoices from vendors and customers, and reconciles vendor statements.
Responsibilities include reviewing, processing, reconciling invoices and credit memos as well as statement reconciliations. The associate will audit invoices, review reports, and follow up on invoice issues. They will also process error corrections, debit memos, and support Accounts Payable with audit requests. The role involves assisting in projects as assigned, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and working independently or as part of a team.
