Manager, Cost Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the cost accounting team, ensuring high performance and a culture of accountability.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management.
• Partner with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or CMA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in cost accounting leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and ERP systems, with NetSuite experience required.
