Engineering Manager - MetaMask (Assets)

As an Engineering Manager for MetaMask, you'll lead and manage up to two teams of engineers responsible for building and maintaining core revenue-driving user experiences. Your primary focus will be on guiding your teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products that drive engagement and revenue. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance and mentorship, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, design, research), fostering a culture of innovation, driving technical decision-making, staying updated with industry trends, ensuring seamless integration across the MetaMask ecosystem, tracking KPIs, and communicating technical plans to stakeholders. The role requires 4+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of software engineering management experience, and hiring management experience. Engineering skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Web development, Node.js, React, Git and GitHub are expected. Experience developing software for consumer-facing products and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are required.
