Job Description
As a Paid Media Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage a full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Lead media planning, budgeting, and ongoing optimization efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into strategic recommendations.
Collaboration and Optimization:
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are optimized for performance and brand alignment.
- Partner with influencer, social, and lifecycle marketing leads to maintain cohesive messaging across channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Meta, Google, and TikTok reps.
Technical Oversight and Reporting:
- Oversee proper implementation of pixels, conversion tracking, and event-based targeting in partnership with analytics teams.
- Support forecasting efforts for spend, performance, and acquisition targets.
- Contribute to crisis management planning alongside our PR agency.
