Role Overview:
- This role leads the development and execution of high-quality design assets across the company, shaping the visual brand and running a scalable creative production process.
- You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day visual brand, including guidelines, templates, and design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build and operate agentic workflows using Claude and AI tools to automate repeatable production tasks and accelerate asset creation.
- Lead freelance and agency partners, track project status, and flag bottlenecks before they become issues.
Qualifications:
- Bring 6+ years of creative production or design leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Possess strong visual judgment, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools, and experience working with C-suite executives.
