Scope of responsibilities includes supervising the customer support team after the trial period, ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted operation, training and evaluating the work of subordinate support operators, analyzing customer requests and quality metrics, and forming reports. The role also involves interacting with other departments to resolve issues and contributing to the development and implementation of operational processes improvements. The position is remote and full-time, with different working shifts.
