Job Description
As a Program Associate, you will participate in regular syncs with the Japan and global program teams and conduct outreach to recruit startups for programs. You will serve as a point of contact for applicants, coordinate mentor and founder sessions, and plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including Demo Days. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, supporting daily operations, drafting program updates, maintaining internal tools, and assisting with Demo Day preparation. You will also provide operational support and travel domestically and internationally for programs.
