We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our remote Accounting Team, reporting to the Manager, Accounting. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on processing operating expenses, vendor invoices, and payments in a timely and accurate manner, in alignment with 500 Global’s policies.

This role will be the key to a successful initiative, which includes various types of startup programs and events. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all the activities run, creating a positive experience for all participants. We're seeking a tech-savvy Global Program Associate who enjoys optimizing processes and working with global teams. You will be a highly data-driven individual who enjoys working with tools (including AI) to optimize processes and logistical/administrative workflows. This insists that you enjoy working with founders across the world, enhancing our systems and tools to better the experience for them.

This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of our global IT infrastructure, while also driving operational excellence in daily IT support and systems administration. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to managing device endpoints and critical platforms, along with a deep commitment to access control, compliance, and user satisfaction.
