Program Manager

The Program Manager is a crucial part of the PMO team, driving the successful execution and delivery of strategic initiatives that align with Maxor's long-term market and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing scope, cost, schedules, and vendor relationships for large-scale projects. The role involves working directly with the business to define program scope and ensuring projects are managed to deliver within the agreed budget. The Program Manager will develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and evaluate and manage risks. Strong knowledge of technology is required. Duties also include managing project/program status reports, timelines, and documentation, leading planning efforts, and assisting in defining program scope and objectives. This position requires the ability to manage a cross-functional team, mitigate issues, and communicate status effectively.
