Job Description
As Atlan grows, the company continues to encounter diverse technology stacks, and customers need help in integrating Atlan into this stack. The Customer Solutions Architecture Team is at the forefront of driving Innovation for customers using this framework, and is part of a highly motivated and driven Customer Experience group working with amazing data teams at customers. The CSA team works closely with the Atlan Customer Success Manager as well as Customer teams of Data Architects, Data Engineers and Data Platform owners to onboard customers onto Atlan, drive Atlan adoption through Value Streams and use the power of Active Metadata to automate and innovate. The CSA drives significant customer value by using Active Metadata to power automation and Innovation in the form of use cases such as auto PII detection, active metadata management, dynamic data pipeline management, metadata-powered AI, and more.
