What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical delivery of B2B T2 level solutions
- Oversee hardware and service configurations for diverse vendors
- Resolve complex routing issues
Qualifications:
- Strong mastery of TCP/IP, advanced routing protocols, and enterprise network topologies.
- Demonstrated ability to take end to end responsibility for complex issues
- Ability to translate highly technical data into clear, actionable summaries
Work Schedule Location:
- 100% Remote
- Standard business hours based on Pacific Time (PT)
- Occasional after-hours support required
