Job Description
We're looking for a Frontend-Heavy Full Stack Developer (React + WordPress) to take ownership of Smart Working’s digital presence, from maintaining and optimizing our current WordPress (PHP-based) platform to helping shape the next-generation marketing website using modern frameworks like React and Next.js. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to build fast, scalable, and high-performing web experiences that drive lead generation, brand storytelling, and growth.
This role involves evolving the marketing website, developing new landing pages, building pixel-perfect frontends using React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks, and maintaining the WordPress backend. Responsibilities include implementing API integrations, managing version control using GitHub, and leveraging AI-assisted tools while remaining hands-on.
Requirements include 6+ years of web development experience, proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress (PHP-based), and experience integrating APIs like HubSpot and GA4. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
