Senior Technical Requirements Analyst and Scrum Master

As a Senior Technical Requirements Analyst, you will play a foundational role in shaping project success—ensuring that technical teams build the right things, the right way. You will lead the translation of complex business needs into actionable, testable, and technically feasible user stories. You will partner closely with stakeholders, delivery managers, and development teams to guide a project from discovery through to successful deployment. You will lead or support sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, track progress, and resolve roadblocks.
