Vice President, Analytics

Step into a critical new role as an analytical leader at a company that highly values data-driven decision making, curiosity, and rigorous analysis. Key advisor to Board, executive team, and leadership. Understands what is happening and why across the business through an analytical lens. Critical member of Finance & Strategy and Openly leadership team. Partner with leaders across the entire organization to help drive forward the company’s strategy and results. Need to understand what our key assumptions are and be able to back them up with analysis. This role will lead and have accountability for Operational Analytics & Reporting, Business Intelligence & Data, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams. Requires the ability to influence and work collaboratively.
