Project Manager

As part of Individual Disability Insurance, the Project Manager will lead a cross-functional project team in a matrixed environment, influence decisions, and engage with leaders to ensure optimal business value delivery. They will develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource forecasts, training, and communication plans for business initiatives, utilizing project management methodology (Agile or Waterfall) to best plan and manage projects complexity, priority, and risk. The Project manager will also develop and manage vendor relationships for project and budget management, manage project budget and initiate corrective actions to ensure deliverables are produced on time and within cost. They will interact with business units, leaders and functional managers to stay aligned and on target whilst monitoring the project's progress and maintaining the expected standards throughout its development. Finally, they will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
