Senior Director, Data Center Engineering

Data Center Engineering Leadership:

• Provide technical engineering guidance for data center projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee technical aspects of projects in design, aligning with company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain and update engineering design documents to meet project needs.

Design and Innovation:

• Conduct audits to drive innovation in data center design, including liquid cooling and sustainability.
• Assess and update equipment specifications for relevance and constructability.
• Interface with supply chain group to ensure equipment availability and cost alignment.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Recruit, train, and provide technical leadership to internal engineering personnel.
• Work with development team to prepare consultant design budgets for projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance processes and protocols.
