Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop platform engineers delivering managed Kubernetes, BYOC deployments, and private networking capabilities.
- Own and sequence the platform engineering delivery roadmap with cross-team coordination and dependency tracking.
- Build operational foundations including SLOs, runbooks, and incident response to achieve high reliability.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record leading platform teams through Kubernetes migrations or greenfield infrastructure builds.
- Strong technical depth in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure to engage with engineers on architecture decisions.
- Experience managing competing priorities between customer delivery commitments and internal platform investment.
