Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Own the SRE roadmap end-to-end: set priorities independently, drive execution, and make the team's impact visible.
• Drive compliance, security, and infrastructure topics: identify risks early and own the resolution before they escalate.
• Shape developer productivity: engage with product EMs to surface pain points and lead initiatives to remove them.

Team and Impact:

• Lead a 4–6-person generalist SRE team through 1:1s, performance cycles, and career development.
• Be the infrastructure voice for your business unit, translating upstream roadmaps and advocating your team's needs.
• Contribute technical credibility to architectural discussions and carry decisions to completion.

Technical Leadership:

• Own your business unit's workstream in a company-wide infrastructure migration with hands-on technical leadership.
• Maintain fluency with cloud-native infrastructure like Kubernetes, observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Represent technical needs in cross-functional and leadership conversations at the director level.
