Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

The Team:

• This role is within the Payward Services (PWS) business unit, which powers Kraken's B2B and institutional product suite.
• You will partner with development and operations teams to ensure performant, resilient services under contractual SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure including Nomad, Kubernetes, databases, and 3rd party system integrations.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to improve system resilience.
• Build tooling, automation, and dashboards to enhance observability and empower development teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Requires 5+ years in a DevOps or SRE role with proficiency in hybrid-cloud environments and CI/CD.
• Deep understanding of monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana, plus strong scripting skills.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Nomad/Kubernetes) and debugging complex distributed systems.
