Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive addiction medicine care through a fully remote, outpatient model.
- Independently prescribe and manage buprenorphine treatment, initiating care for new patients.
- Work within a structured, team-supported model to provide compassionate, evidence-based support.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license and reside in one of the specified US states.
- Possess at least one year of experience in an independent outpatient setting regularly prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care.
- Demonstrate a strong patient-centered practice and the ability to work autonomously in a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Receive a salary range of $130,000-$140,000 per year for a full-time position, with pro-rated compensation for part-time schedules.
