Coordinate repairs at external service providers (e.g. specialist dealers, body shops). Obtain, check and compare offers from external service providers and negotiate prices and services. Ensure the timely procurement of spare parts. Process and handle guarantee and goodwill applications in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Contribute significantly to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards.
