Job Description
The Clinical Liaison will focus on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of programs and initiatives between clinics and Lumicera Health Services. The liaison serves between the medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurance providers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care. This role involves communicating prescription statuses, insurance details, and financial needs, while coordinating educational activities and interacting with various healthcare personnel. The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), CPhT certification (preferred), and two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
