Clinical Liaison
The Clinical Liaison will focus on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of programs and initiatives between to clinics and Lumicera Health Services. The liaison will serve between the medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurance providers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
