Product Owner SCM & Fleet Management

Job Summary:

• You will provide functional support and product ownership for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management, resolving escalated issues and prioritizing enhancements.
• You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to improve processes and shape the product roadmap.

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshoot functional issues, process gaps, and configuration concerns while documenting root causes and resolutions.
• Support fleet planning, vehicle utilization, dispatch operations, and day-to-day fleet processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and help prioritize the product backlog and enhancement pipeline.
