Weβre looking for a strategically-minded, concept-driven Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join our internal brand and creative studio. Youβll partner closely with marketing, content, growth, and product marketing teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint β from integrated campaigns and product launches to events, sales enablement, and social. Youβll be instrumental in evolving and scaling our brand expression system, ensuring consistency across channels while pushing creative boundaries to differentiate in a fast-moving fintech landscape.
In this role, youβll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to concept, design, and deliver a wide variety of brand and marketing assets including: Campaign creative (ads, banners, paid social, landing pages), Product storytelling materials (one-pagers, explainer graphics, decks), Thought leadership content (e-books, reports, blog illustrations), and Event and field marketing assets (booth design, signage, swag).
You will own the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch in partnership with copywriters and channel leads, contribute to and evolve the visual identity system, building scalable systems, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency, translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that are brand-aligned and performance-minded. Support brand/product rollouts and redesign efforts, from research and testing to final asset production. Provide creative direction and mentorship to freelancers, agencies, or junior team members as needed.
