Responsibilities:

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Ad Operations coordinators and managers.
  • Translate customer goals and political constraints into advertising tactics.
  • Design and implement technology-enabled processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in AdOps with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and the CTV ecosystem.
  • Power-user proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools.
