About the Role:
- Work closely with the founding team on problems at the intersection of LLMs, reasoning analysis, and machine learning.
- Own the core AI intelligence behind APADCode, turning research and prototypes into production systems.
What You'll Do:
- Design and improve AI systems for extracting structured reasoning signals from technical interviews.
- Build LLM-powered pipelines for semantic analysis, behavioral feature extraction, and evaluation.
- Develop scalable inference and data pipelines balancing quality, latency, and cost.
What We Look For:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with production ML/AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, modern ML frameworks, and practical experience with LLMs or NLP.
- A strong bias toward building, measuring, and improving systems in the real world.
