- Contribute to the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap within the identity domain.
- Architect, design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide IAM infrastructure including IGA, AM, and PAM.
Business Collaboration, Training & Evangelism:
- Collaborate with application owners, HR, and business stakeholders to align IAM services with needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training on IAM policies and best practices.
Operations, Support & Incident Management:
- Proactively monitor IAM system health, performance, and security; respond to alerts.
- Act as primary technical point for troubleshooting authentication and access incidents.
